Location is perfect, away from the crowded places but at the same time, not too far. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is wonderful, full of positive vibes and energy. Always ready to help. Special thanks to Peipei who helped me in explaining the menu to restaurant from her home,even when she was on leave. :) Housekeeping also wonderful, Provide you whatever you need, some extra stuff from kitchen, toolsets. Highly recommended..

We always stayed in Lido Hotel for business. Accessible to lots of good restaurants, shopping mall, SPAs, MRT station. The newly renovated hotel room is clean and impressed by the AI robotic room service

If you are in Luohu, the location and comfort are excellent and better value-for-money than any other comparable hotels in the area. Special thanks to check-in staff, who were very friendly and provided excellent service. English-speaking staff were available, which is especially helpful.
